Clance Bequeaith brings decades of experience and training in the Engineering and Technical side of aviation. He worked in Test & Operations for Minuteman Missiles, the Apollo Project and the B-1B Bomber. Other experience has been in the Electrical Engineering and Project Engineering fields. He was instrumental in the development of the cable system for Airfone In-flight Telephone systems.
Clance has almost four thousand hours of specialized Electrical and Electronics training. He retired from Hamilton Sundstrand in Rockford, Illinois, as an Electrical Engineer in the Test Equipment & Design department. Six months after retiring, he was looking for a new challenge. He found that challenge in August of 2005 when he joined Aero-Zone to head up our newly created Research and Development department. In the first year of the R&D's department, Clance's team contributed to nearly ten percent of the company's total annual sales. Clance and his wife Joy live in Mesa, Arizona where they are able to spend time with their daughter's family and grandchildren. His passion is archery and bow making and he is active in four-wheeling, fishing and bow hunting in Arizona's great outdoors.
